My name is Aline Usagi, and I'm a product designer working and living in Toronto.
I was born in Brazil and studied Design at Federal University of Minas Gerais. Recently arrived in Canada, I bring with me a lot of bagage: extensive SaaS experience, proven hability to lead and mentor my peers, a strong user-centric and data-driven mindset and a psycho eye for pixel-perfect layouts.

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Design from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and a post-graduate degree in UX/UI Design from Faculdade UnyLeya. Additionally, I earned a certification in Communication Design while studying at Monash University in Australia.
At Reclame AQUI—Brazil’s 5th most visited website—I led design initiatives that contributed to a 200% increase in MRR for the platform's certification product. Throughout my career, I’ve collaborated with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, marketers, and illustrators, always encouraging a collaborative approach to design.
